THE PROBLEM: Forward approached me as they are a new start-up company and needed some outside help in creating a strong new brand with striking visuals that stands out from their competitors and communicates what their business stands for. They want to be different and modern.

THE SOLUTION: Because Recruitment is all about connections the logo consists of letters that are connected. A gradient is used as the main design element because a gradient represents different colours that are connected, just like the letters in the logo.

The colours are bold, friendly and female driven, just like the company itself. Bold and simplistic fonts are used to represent the business model that is simple and yet revolutionary.

This brand stands out from its competitors and is something completely different. It is definitely turning the industry on its head.
