THE PROBLEM: Churchill struggled with keeping consistency throughout the entire brand, which led to an untrustworthy brand. They also wanted to target a new audience and focus more on their clients in the tech industry but had a brand that is very traditional and not tech industry related.

THE SOLUTION: After several workshops we found the solution to reposition the brand as more modern so that the tech industry can relate more with the brand but still keep a little bit of the heavy construction feel.

We added lighter colours to the brand and used a thinner font together with the big bold font. This immediately made the brand appear more modern and relatable to the audience.

To keep consistency we created a Brand Book. The Brand Book explains everything from the Vision, Mission and values to the personality and visual application. Now everyone in the company can use the same messaging, imagery and colours.
